Shipping policy

Orders for full size sheets are pick up only unless freight has been arranged.

For smaller items:

Handling Time

We aim to ship orders (where the product is available) made before 12PM on the same day, otherwise it will be the next business day. Where cutting is required or fabrication, it may take up to 3 business days to complete.

Australia Wide Delivery

We use a mixture of Couriers Please, TNT (FedEx), Aus Post and private couriers.

Standard shipping can vary from 2 to 7 business days, but in most cases, you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date.

Express shipping should usually be 1-2 business days but on occasion can be delayed.

Uncollected Pickup Orders

We will hold your order for up to 120 days from the day your order is ready to collect. After 120 days any uncollected items will be classed as abandoned and funds forfeited.

Problems

If you have not received your parcel or believe there is an issue with the delivery, please let us know within 7 days to help us track down your item.
